Washing -
I strongly advise to only Hand wash your  items. If you do need to machine wash it then please wash at a 30 degree delicate cold wash. Do NOT tumble dry or spin. Please note items are non-refundable once worn/washed.

Personalised items are made to order. It’s currently around a 4 week wait for these. Please take this into consideration BEFORE ordering. 
They will then be posted 48 hour tracked. If you require yours sooner or for a specific date please message me but I cannot guarantee a sooner delivery. 
Please note that personalised items are non refundable. You have a 48 hour cancellation window but after this you cannot cancel your order as I pre-order cardigans in ready. Please check spelling to ensure there are no errors.
